BUYER BEWARE - We were very happy with our furnace, UNTIL we tried to get some help when our thermostat pad and furnace quit working in November. All Reliance Furnace numbers go to Ontario call centers. We phoned two number - one in Toronto and one in Oshawa. There are no actual managers or technicians that you can talk to. The call centers are not equipped to answer questions and they don't have supervisors or managers that you can talk to get answers. The only information we got was that our pad was not in stock and would take a week to get. It's almost December in Edmonton. We need it fixed. No solutions!
