The people at Pella are like used car salesman. Once your wheeled in you don't hear from the again. I ordered a door and July and paid 6k. The door knob doesn't work. No one at the store returns calls and when you finally get someone you get an appointment 1 month later. The staff have been entirely uncooperative. You be smart to go elsewhere.
