I received a quick response upon requesting a quote and then was able to get a heater installed within 10 days. Any questions I had were quickly responded to by Shannen, some by email and some by phone There was a follow up email to remind me a couple days prior to the installation. Two tradesmen showed up on time and they were very personable and pleasant to deal with. They did a really nice and clean job of the installation and provided the permit number to me. The whole job was done in about 3 1/2 hours.
