Call Reliance Mackrnzie for a service call on a older Carrier furnace that wasnt working properly on Stat holiday. Appointment was quickly booked same day within next 4 hrs they showed up in 2. The problem was quickly diagnosed as cracked heat exchanges a common problem with that year and model. Rep from Reliance came by shortly after to measure for a new furnace. New carrier high efficiency was installed next day within the time window booked. All technicians were courteous and professional. Definitely 5 star for service, promptness!
