HORRIBLE!!!! It was like the cleaners came in with blind folds on. There were 2 people (one of which was the owner) that were at our home for 1-1 1/2 hours. We paid for the whole house to be cleaned but they avoided the basement entirely. They argued with my wife about the square footage even when they were proven wrong. They are obviosly only interested in getting our money. The cleaning was terrible, their attitude was terrible and they even told us that they would lein our home if we wouldn't pay. How about fulfilling your website's "satisfaction guarantee" claim?
