I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought a Groupon, and booked my cleaning about two weeks in advance - I had a housewarming party scheduled so I was having the cleaners come the day before so that my house would be looking good. The appointment was at noon, and at 1:00 nobody had shown up, called or e-mailed. I finally heard back from somebody hours later after I had left two messages and an e-mail and waited around on my day off when I had other things to do. The excuse was that the cleaners couldn't get to my house as the roads were blocked off by cement truck, however I was watching out my windows for the cleaners to arrive and the roads were not completely blocked off - they could have easily made it if they tried - or parked a couple of houses away which wouldn't have killed anybody to walk a little further. However, worse than that when they decided that they weren't going to come, they didn't call or knock on my door they simply took off and didn't let me know that they weren't coming until hours later. When I spoke with the company owner she said that they couldn't re-book and clean my house prior to my party, and when I admitted that I didn't think that the situation was being handled properly and it was bad business she refused to try to make thing better and simply said that it was my prerogative to feel that way. This company is very expensive and not worried about customer service in the least!
