We called Reliance to book a furnace tune up as well as to have our HRV looked at. Our technician was awesome! He was very thorough, down to earth and genuinely cares! He definitely deserves a 10/10 for his hard work and professionalism. Unfortunately we have to replace our HRV, but our Tech and the Comfort Advisor were able to find us a solution that financially works for us! Thank you Reliance and thank you very much to the two that helped us.
