DECEMBER 8: Professional and high quality work product to remove squirrels from attic. Shakeel explained the work to be done, came on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. His quoted price was also a little lower than other companies. We were very satisfied with the service from North Star Pest Control!

NOVEMBER 8: Mr. Woods charged $150 to start a (quoted $350-400 ) squirrel removal job. We paid him the initial $150. NOVEMBER 9 - 28: Mr. Woods texted with us multiple times during these weeks that he was "doing the job". However, we never did see him come to the house or go on the roof after he came for the initial visit and to collect pre-payment. NOVEMBER 28: My husband spoke with Mr. Woods by phone (by using an unknown number to call him and get him to answer) and Mr. Woods promised to come the next day to do the job. NOVEMBER 29: My husband waited all day and Mr. Woods never came or called. DECEMBER 3: We could not wait any longer - in case a large snowfall on roof made it impossible to do job safely for an extended period of time. We contacted a SECOND HomeStars pest control company - who were 100% professional and prompt and are highly rated - to do the job. DECEMBER 8: This SECOND pest control company confirmed for us that ZERO work was evident at the access point when they went up on roof and installed their one-way wire door to remove the squirrels. We believe that Mr. Woods charged us $150 and then falsely claimed to have done the work. We have not been able to reach him for further clarification since he will not answer our calls.
