I have already written a review about Pest Solution Services. The company got rid of our bed bug problem after another exterminator failed...badly. This is a follow-up review. Tonight, I found what looked like (to me) a bed bug in my apt.. I freaked, thinking that the bed bugs had returned, and immediately called Akram, the brilliant entomologist who runs the business. It was 7pm but he still answered the phone and addressed my concern immediately. Before 9pm, he was at my door--the same night--to investigate. He took one looked at the bagged bug and laughed...it was a beetle. I am so thankful Akram came so quickly and put an end to my concerns. He also didn't even charge me for the visit. If you have pest problems--especially bed bug problems--this IS the service you want to go with...trust me. This isn't some big business run purely for profit; Akram truly cares about doing a professional, quality job and taking care of his clients.

Pest Solution Services is who you want to call if you have bed bugs. They are thorough, helpful, and are dedicating to doing a good job as opposed to just making a profit. We originally hired a different exterminator who charged more and did A LOT less work. Not surprisingly, our problem came back. Pest Solution Services checked everything from the electrical outlets to the backs of paintings. They found the evidence without an expensive dog sniffer and spent much time treating our apartment. We haven't had any bites since their visit and we even get a second treatment after two weeks. There are some shady companies out there that prey on desperation.
