Install 3/4 Perverco solid prefinished hardwood floor
Having bad experience in London On. Had store manager Scott H. visit install. Asked if he had installed hardwood flooring he said he had after some discussion obviously hadn't. Had know idea what he was viewing . Product was split and improperly installed. My expections were simple a reasonable product and an install conducive to maufacturers recommendations with standard and customary workmanship practices. Thanks, Jean Montague London On.

- Hire installers that know how to install the products. Store Managers that Know the products and are truthfull to their customers. without the arrogance insure products are as advertised in the store
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Check warranties from Manufactures wood manufactures have extensive warranty exclusions. Obtain warranty in witting from the store in the event of disputes. Write your Mp for better consumer protection. Write BB and use social media.
