They installed our sliding closet doors and they worked OK. We recently had our bedroom floors refinished and had to remove the base slider plate. We called to see if they would come and reinstall the plate (for a fee) and they said they don"t do that and they really only do installation of new doors. We explained that the floor level had not changed and all the hardware and track were there and in good condition, they still said "NO WAY" Based on this attitude, I would never recommend this company>
