Louis is a very nice person very friendly and is at your home or business to do the job and make sure it's done.Louis went out of his way to get a squirrel that was in between the walls. He even came late at night for me as I was so upset about this squirrel..he lives an hour and a half away from me but still came to help us God Bless him.We were able to go away on our already planned family weekend and we could trust him 100% with our combination lock to go into our home.I would highly recommend Louis as he's very friendly,gets right on the job to remove our squirrel humanely does his job 100% perfect and I felt so at piece in my home when the squirrel was set free out of my home. Thankyou so much Louis with all my heart you came to my rescue.You're my knight in shining armour.

Yes we do very long hours on some days... The trust we have with ours customer is the same I want to have when I get a service person at my place ...over the years I add several states customer giving me the code for door and gate or keys from house/apartment and even building so I can access place without my customer being there ,I understand that having wildlife issue its nothing that we plan to have and that we do plan for week-end or holiday ,so we can still help ours customer this way
