There are a number of issues with the install by LionScape. Their "warranty" is of no value if they don't come and fix the install properly. A number of photos have been taken and saved to validate the issues listed. They include: - sinking or moving brick depending on area of install: - a part of the install has buckled (and rises further in summer) - a part of the install is sinking towards the foundation, causing draining issues as water flowing towards the home - a part of the install is in waves, where brick installed at slightly different heights - other parts of the install have sunk, with two of these sinking further with frost (causing a speed bump effect when driving over with car) - some of the install is just plain crooked, misaligned with other brick - water meter hammered down too far causing debris to be stuck in it - a step installed off center, compared to remaining steps, is just awful to look at - no drainage installed for two eaves-troughs causing brick to stain from rain water - brick not installed to house edge, we have dealt with an animal digging between the brick and the home - driveway damaged by their bin supplier, no wood placed under bin - design agreed to not followed through completely There have been disagreements in conversations about workmanship during and after install. So, there are doubts the issues will be resolved by LionScape.

We have reviewed your contract. It was completed approximately around June 2018. You wrote us a poor 1/10 review September 2019 without giving lionscape contracting a chance to fulfill our warranty which is 2 years standard with all clients. We kindly ask that you remove the review until we come for your scheduled repair date on April/May 2020 and atleast give Lionscape a chance to fulfill our warranty. We will schedule an appointment this following spring time to rectify this situation. We will make all necessary repairs and fixes required completely free of charge.
