Christopher arrived and did a fantastic job of explaining the issue, correcting the problem and fixing all related issues to restore our drain. This had been going on for months and we had another "professional" before trying to help, who did nothing. Christopher, on the other hand, has put in a proper fix. We are grateful for the quick response and fix.
