We did purchase an energy efficient washer brand Fisher Parkel. The sales person was very helpful at the time of purchase but the machine unfortunately broke withing 3 years of purchase and the company was helpless in terms of coverage and warranty with the primary manufacture and their diagnosis of the damage was extrema telly expensive.

I went to WIlson's to buy couple of kitchen products. They do have a great selection in the kitchen section but the costumer service was poor, the sales person was not so friendly and just a little bit helpful.
