I accompanied my mom to help her select new furniture for her new family room. We were promptly greeted by Christine Samuel, Assistant Mgr at the Brampton Arrow location. She was very kind, understanding and patient with our indecisiveness. She offered opinions and solutions while giving us space and time to decide without any sales pressure. When the furniture arrived there were scuffs on one of the seats and our sofa had no legs. However, one call to Christine and she took care of everything! Associates came to our house, replaced the chair and added the missing legs to our sofa. Also, we just discovered that our custom ottoman had a scratch on it but anther call to Christine and we are given the reassurance that it will be replaced as well. Thank you Christine and the Brampton team for a great customer experience. You have a beautiful and clean showroom and your staff are truly amazing. My only suggestion is to keep your prices competitive and offer further discounts for multiple purchases and loyal clients. Keep up the good work!
