I accompanied my mom to help her select new furniture for her new family room. We were promptly greeted by Christine Samuel, Assistant Mgr at the Brampton Arrow location. She was very kind, understanding and patient with our indecisiveness. She offered opinions and solutions while giving us space and time to decide without any sales pressure. When the furniture arrived there were scuffs on one of the seats and our sofa had no legs. However, one call to Christine and she took care of everything! Associates came to our house, replaced the chair and added the missing legs to our sofa. Also, we just discovered that our custom ottoman had a scratch on it but anther call to Christine and we are given the reassurance that it will be replaced as well. Thank you Christine and the Brampton team for a great customer experience. You have a beautiful and clean showroom and your staff are truly amazing. My only suggestion is to keep your prices competitive and offer further discounts for multiple purchases and loyal clients. Keep up the good work!

We hired Josh to do our kitchen and floors as they promised they would do a great job with our budget. All seemed great with the design. He asked for some money to pay for materials. We should've recognized the red flag when he and his labourers would come in to work at our house for only 3-4 hours maybe 3-4 times a week. Work was slow, inconsistent, shoddy and unprofessional. He demanded that we provide him with more money but the work took FOREVER to be finished! We wanted a new look for our kitchen and floors. But what he provided us were the CHEAPEST kitchen cupboards (PVC) and the glue started chipping the very next day! We paid full price plus paid HST for the custom kitchen island but when we got it, it was not what we asked for - just a box with a slab of granite on top. He said not to worry - it was only temporary because the real one was still on order. We never got the island he promised AND we later found out that he made the island in his garage!!!! This company ruined our ceiling when the pot lights were installed AND they never finished the stone surrounding our fireplace. Theres a gaping section unfinished. Also, the ceramic tile they installed in our foyer started wobbbling the very next week. These people are HORRIBLE workers who do not know the industry, PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD AND DO NOT HIRE! What should have been done in a month (tops) continued for 5months! They take on jobs they cant handle, hire workers who don't know what they're doing, take your money and show up in between the other sites they agreed to, leaving your house on hold. They only do work for you when it's convenient for them. BUYER BEWARE!!!
