An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We were pleased with the work done by your staff members Roger , James (Jimmy and Aurelio, Field Supervisor to replace the drain leading from weepers in our "crawl" space has been done in a very professional, prompt and courteous manner. This work commenced on March 19th and completed as promised on March 20th. We would especially like to commend Aurelio for his consideration in installing an air filter in the work area to prevent the unavoidable dust from circulating throughout the house and making our stay in the house comfortable while the work was underway. Both Roger and Jimmy left the work site thoroughly clean when the job was done. It is our pleasure to commend all three of them for a job well done !. Roger with his cheerful nature and pleasant smile made a difficult job look easy.
