He Inspected my House Didn't know difference between Asphalt and Composite Shingles Described Roof as 25 years old when it is only 8 years old Said it was copper wiring in House when it is mainly Aluminium broke apart my Railing and took photo of it Couldn't make gas fire work said remote was missing, there is a thermostat in plain sight to control it. Said that my radon mitigation was not done properly as should vent through roof . I am Radon certified Installer, maybe I know a little more about it than him
