The installer arrived in his own personal vehicle, kind of skeptical at first. Besides initial jitters, the installer was polite and efficient. Overall, the service has been fine for our family needs. I must warn that the system is owned by Alarmforce and the batteries tend to die fairly often. Phone service for assistance is helpful but difficult to get a hold of due to long waits.

The workers arrived on time and cleaned all vents as requested. Take note that they charge per vent and kind of throw other offers at you (for an additional fee) if you would like a 'germicidal' spray for the duct system and 'furnance coil cleaning'. All in all, the service was average and nothing really to complan about. It took approximately, 1.5 hours for everything.

I had a home alarm installed for my home a year ago. I recently had a low battery warning signal. I called alarm force and walked me through what we needed to do to fix this issue. Unfortunately, it did not work so a service call was made. The gentleman was on time but it did seem sketchy at first when the guy showed up in his own vehicle. Only his clipboard and uniform shirt is what made him identifiable. Nonetheless, he was courteous and quick with the fix.

The price for the roofing was high but the quality was also high. You get what you pay for. The installer was dedicated and competent. The clean up was not bad. The salesman was a bit pushy but we knew we wanted the roof. Overall, an expensive expense but a lifetime roof is worth it.

The estimator attended my home to provide an in-home estimate for a tankless water heater. He noticed that a tankless could not be installed and he would let the company know about this issue. He suggested that he would look into a newer tank I agreed that would be best. Unfortunately, it never went further than that, Direct Energy never contacted me again.

I recently had a 60 gallon water tank installed to replace my rental unit. The service man was not on time...I had to wait for him. His english was really weak and it was therefore difficult to understand him. I also needed some venting modifications that were not done to me expectations as per our estimate earlier in the week. They bring a different guy to give quotes and another to install. I was not happy wit their services.

The price was high but the plumber was quick and completed the issue quickly. If you are willing to pay the high price you will get good quality service. The minute the phone call was placed the service order was placed.
