Terrible builder. I would not recommend them. Poor service and POOR Quality. Owners don't care for customers at all. Its just about money just getting the house done even if its done crappy. Trades are the worst not sure where they even find these guys. Our new built has so many issues it is unreal. We have had clear coat all over our black pickets for the stairs, silicone in shower is molding, squeaks on top and bottom level of house, grout cracked do to tile movement, warped cabinet doors and the list goes go. 20 homes were built where I live and everyone has the same issues. I do not recommend them at all, try finding a different builder and if you already bought with them use Tarion 100% Even thou Tarion isn't the greatest that's the only way to get around with these guys. Mind you they will do everything to get you to avoid Tarion. Stay Away!!!!
