Carriage Gate Condos has Poor after sale service. Laminate floors are uneven in places and the laminate is lifting. Gyprock is poor workmanship we have numerous split corners and poorly fitting door frames . Carriage Gate will do the minimum as governed by Tarion but don’t expect anything from extra . We replaced our complete kitchen island for to poor design and tiles weren’t installed in the colour requested.

They will deliver, but the quality is just not there. Very disappointed with the condo unit and the building as a whole.

One of the representatives could be very condescending. Although, communicating with the builder is very challenging, they are generally pleasant enough.

Terrible builder. I would not recommend them. Poor service and POOR Quality. Owners don't care for customers at all. Its just about money just getting the house done even if its done crappy. Trades are the worst not sure where they even find these guys. Our new built has so many issues it is unreal. We have had clear coat all over our black pickets for the stairs, silicone in shower is molding, squeaks on top and bottom level of house, grout cracked do to tile movement, warped cabinet doors and the list goes go. 20 homes were built where I live and everyone has the same issues.

I do not recommend them at all, try finding a different builder and if you already bought with them use Tarion 100%

Even thou Tarion isn't the greatest that's the only way to get around with these guys. Mind you they will do everything to get you to avoid Tarion.

Very unsatisfied with the whole experience, look for a different builder
Salesman is very rude and unprofessional.
Communication within the company is so poor just stay away from buying a home we have had a very poor experience, delays are the norm with absolutely no accountability

This builder makes beautiful homes, definately good buillds,with amazing prices, although they are not that great in customer service, the sales agents tend to be kind of rude when it comes to questions so be prepared for a fight.
