This company was highly recommended but we are very disappointed. Substandard service was provided by to 2 inept technicians. First technician misdiagnosed the problem on our air-exchange system and ordered a costly part (control board). The new control board not only did not fix the problem but created a new problem. Second technician, who was to correct the problem free of charge, was unfamiliar with the system. After trouble shooting for approx. 2 hours unsuccessfully he ordered additional unnecessary parts and left disconnected wires and the control board exposed. After I enquired about an update, the dispatcher was going to schedule the technician to install the ordered parts at a cost of an additional $300.00 plus. This I refused and requested to speak with the service manager and was promised a call back. That was over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. I refuse any further service from this company. Note: the actual problem was a faulty cable to one of the control-wall switches.
