Beware of charges and contract work. Make sure you clarify not to be charged for mistakes, including design time. The contractor they hired was very sloppy, and gets defensive when you point out problems. There were lots of problems. Score 4 out of 10.

We actually do all the planning upfront because we encourage smart planning and NOT to engage in changes. Any changes that were made were not instigated by us and contractors will charge you accordingly. That is out of our hands.
