Called Butler's (it's close to our house) to service a refrigerator. They were able to do same day (only good thing) but the guy on the phone did not seem very interested in what I had to say and I appeared to be inconveniencing him. He told me the service call was $80. The service guy was in my house for no more than 3 MINUTES and said it can't be fixed based on hearing my description. For that, he wanted $100. The $80 is only to drive to the house apparently. I wish I had read these reviews before calling them.. don't make the mistake I did!!
