Having hired John Umpleby from Informed Decisions was the best decision my friend and his wife ever did. They really dodged a bullet when almost purchasing a house in Welland On. John was extremely thorough and took the time to explain his findings. I felt comfortable with him and understood that John has my friends best interest at hand.
