Goutam came down to my home to assess our spruce tree that was in rough shape. He was very thorough with his explanation and took his time to communicate to me why my tree was doing so poorly. He recommended treatment for the aphids and we were able to see results and new growth the following season. We also discussed deep root fertilization and we're looking forward to seeing him again in the fall. I would (and have) highly recommend Goutam as he is professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about his work. I honestly believe that he was able to save my 20+ year old spruce tree.
