Frank was incredibly helpful. We had a bit of trouble with the selling realtor around when Frank could visit saying there were keys available when there wasn't. Frank showed up and there was no keys but was incredibly flexible and was able to rebook for the next day. When he was eventually able to get in he did an incredibly in depth and diligent inspection. Was always available for communication. Worked around the hiccups in the process. 100% would recommend Frank.
