Our A/C failed previous evening and service request was made after hours with reliance customer support. Service appointment was promised next morning before noon and service technician ( Johnny ) and service manager ( Frank ) arrived as promised. After a complex diagnosis ( high-end Carrie Infinity system ) was performed by Johnny , it was determined that a special circuit board was required and a trip to Kitchener to obtain a new board to complete the repair of A/C unit. In addition to this it was also diagnosed that a capacitor was also needed to adequately implement a reliable repair for this requirement and this part was readily available in service vehicle. Johnny demonstrated a very high level of professional patience, competence and courtesy which was of significant comfort when facing an appliance failure such as your A/C or furnace. Manager Frank also provided great support in overseeing this successful service . Both Johnny and Frank advocated rental equipment for future consideration for replacement equipment for our aging units and a meeting has been scheduled with sales folks at Reliance. We are extremely gratified we have a Reliance service agreement in effect and will continue to do so . Thanks to the Reliance team .
