An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had a great experience with Royal Home Improvements. They recently completed a bathroom renovation and the installation of a tankless hot water heater. They were patient, detailed and thorough, and always a real pleasure to work with. In addition to completing some significant unanticipated electrical work, Alban and crew installed new plumbing, a new shower enclosure, new toilet and sink. Everything went really well and I was very pleased with the final product. They showed up promptly everyday, and completed the work within the expected timeframe.
