When we purchased our home, close to $5,000 was spent to remediate an issue with bats in the attic to close the deal. Skedaddle promises a lifetime guarantee on their work. Three years later and the attic is completely infested with bats. They have come back twice and done minor work, and now are saying that their work only covers a portion of the sealing done to the house, even though the invoice says that all entry ways were sealed. When this was pointed out to the manager, they accused us or the previous homeowners of literally writing this line item into the invoice, which is absurd. Do not spend money with this company.
