Shocked from sleep by the shrill smoke detector screaming. We learn quickly that a pipe coming out of our hotwater tank had burst in our mechanical room in our basement. The steam setting off the smoke detector. family members sleeping in the basement turned off the main water valve but steam continued to spew out. We called Kelly at 4:30 am and he jumped into action and was in our home in 20 minutes to replace the cracked line. What a relief to have Kelly there who actually was on vacation but understood our desperation. We recommend this professional.
