Shocked from sleep by the shrill smoke detector screaming. We learn quickly that a pipe coming out of our hotwater tank had burst in our mechanical room in our basement. The steam setting off the smoke detector.
family members sleeping in the basement turned off the main water valve but steam continued to spew out.
We called Kelly at 4:30 am and he jumped into action and was in our home in 20 minutes to replace the cracked line.
What a relief to have Kelly there who actually was on vacation but understood our desperation.

I called Kelly because I read some positive feedback on other sites. He quoted me a price over the phone and we setup an appointment. Kelly came a bit late but it wasn't a big deal. The undermount sink and pot filler were a bit challenging for him. He ended up coming back a couple of times to redo the sink and pot filler. Although it didn't go as smooth as I had hoped Kelly stood by his work and completed the work to my satisfaction. He did not ask for payment until the job was done right.
