Forever Roof installed a metal roof on our house in 2013. They installed it over the existing shingles - they recommended we do it that way. Not sure if that was the right thing to do or not. The roof looks great and the crew worked diligently and was on time. The salesperson we dealt with was courteous and very prompt with everything. We had no reason to deal with the company after that. We were quite happy with the work at that point. In the 2018 winter, however, we had a lot of snow sliding down the roof and it damaged one of the roof ridges. We called the company several times, left messages, sent emails but no response from them. I did searches on the Internet and can't find an office in Ottawa anymore. I found a company through their supplier (who manufactures metal roofs) to do the repairs and install additional bars to slow down the sliding snow.
