Amazing experience from start to finish with this moving company. Their price was highly competitive and they arrived early, setup up, wrapped and moved everything across-town very smoothly. The guys were so polite and so great with helping me build my bed (not in scope) that I had to tip them!

Rob and his team were phenomenal on the skinning of our popcorn ceiling and re-plastering for a flat-finish on over 2000 square feet of our condo. I contacted many plaster contractors and we were most impressed by Rob’s professionalism, response time to quoting and executing the work. Best of all, he and his team were fairly priced and did perfect job. There was even another contracting company that when trying for the business, they suggested Rob might be ‘too competitive or dishonest’. This contractor was wrong and was probably trying to mask why he had over-quoted the job by 3x the amount Rob did. Rob and his team proved to be highly trustworthy and they can expect repeat business on all our cosmetic renovations.

It has been 5 years to the day almost and I can safely say that Mike provided an amazing home inspection of our (once relatively new) house in Toronto. The house was a custom build so we didn't have warranty's to protect us so, before we bought, we needed a thorough home inspection. We were able to book Mike within our offer deadline and he was with us for hours talking to us about every detail from top-to-bottom; property line to every support beam inside. He pointed out dozens of code violations leftover (most small fixes but still - good to know because small problems can turn into big ones). He went one-step further and pointed out potential issues we could have run into long-term if we didn't have them resolved (i.e. that drainage on the property was poor and could have beccome a costly wet basement so we needed to address that issue as soon as possible). He was thorough, polite, he took his time and his final report helped us negotiate the sale price down by $30K (which is very rare in the hot Toronto real estate market). It's been 5 years, and Mike still takes my calls when I need to ask him questions about the house or tradesmen that he can recommend to help us keep our house maintained. If we ever sell, Mike will be our first choice to help us inspect the house before we sell (so the buyers can't negotiate us down) and also to help us in making an educated decision about the next house or cottage property we buy. I cannot praise Mike enough or thank him for all the handymen, engineers and general contractors he put us in touch with for the cosmetic work we've been doing. We would absolutely refer him to any one. His price is more than reasonable too (which was huge for us because we were first time home buyers and we needed every penny back then).
