Called Deluxe Alarms to see what new tech was available as an upgrade and was happily serviced by Melinda. She provided much insight on what was available and offered me an amazing deal on my alarm system. Essentially bringing me up to date from a system standpoint. She was quite pleasant and helpful and patient while we went over the options. Happy I called and got things rolling. In less than 2 business days, my system was installed by a very well experienced and friendly technician, Sergey.
