Jay was polite, honest and his work was exceptional. Prior to starting the work, he came to the house to review the state of the tiles. Our tiles were left with chunks of cement and grout and haze by a contractor we hired outside of Home Stars. I spent about 4 hours scouring with little success. On the day of the cleaning, Jay arrived with his assistant and a large industrial cleaning machine that cleans & vacuums soiled solution. The solution they used was mild non abrasive but left our tiles clean and looking new. We are very satisfied with Jay’s work. We would use Jay again if needed in the future and would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Jay.
