DO NOT CALL - Terrible company. When called they give one quote on the phone, then Taj, the repair person shows up late to the appointment and demands a higher service call fee. First glance he says he can clean the washing machine and it should be ok without needing new parts - great. 40 minutes later he says, yes it needs a new part but he has it in his truck. Part is $225 alone. 2 hours later he is still at it and has 'discovered' it also needs another part that has to be ordered. 1 week later and he returns, late again, to install the part. Machine runs, but sounds terrible. He hasn't leveled the machine properly (front loader) and it is banging and moving across the floor. We stop using the machine and call him back to level it. 3 days later he arrives (late) and supposedly levels it. We use the machine, still banging away, not leveled, and it breaks. The repair person is either completely incompetent or is intentionally damaging the appliance to get more parts. Added all up with parts and service and tax I have now paid over $700. Marcella the customer service manager says she has submitted a refund request on my behalf, but now doesn't return phone calls. I am also posting this review on Yelp and with the Better Business Bureau and anywhere else I can think of. If there are enough people that have lost money with Appliance Repair Team, we should get together and start a class-action suit. Love to hear from you, if so.
