* Started the job when they said they would. * Came every day unless weather did not permit it. * Workers kept us informed of the progress and would phone if they couldn't come over (it was always because of the weather). * The workers were professional, hardworking, reliable and a pleasure to deal with, they were always accommodating answering our questions and concerns. * We were VERY PLEASED that site was left clean, it looked as if no one was ever there. * The contract was simple and short - no hidden surprises. * I felt no stress throughout this entire experience because I was dealing with honest, experienced, and dependable people. * Lifetime Transferable Warranty - which to me means that they totally believe in their work and the products that they use. * Chris (Our Sales Representative) was very knowledgeable, made suggestions that we appreciated and ALWAYS returned our calls, usually within half an hour or less. * I even saved 5% with a coupon I printed from their website if used by March 11, 2012. * This was a GOOD experience! We've had bad experiences with contractors in the past and it was refreshing to have this company show me that there are still good people out there that do an exceptional job, take pride in their work and CARE!
