The inspector was very competent, thorough, and gave us confidence throughout the inspection. We were well informed throughout the process and provided with maintenance tips and enough information to make the proper decision in buying our new home. We received more than just an inspection, included were various warranties on the roof, structure and mechanical plus future consultation for maintenance, energy saving tips and home repair. We were very impressed! We will definitely refer Accurate to anyone looking for a home inspection.
