Our hot water tank failed today. My husband left a message. They called back within 30 mins. They first said they had 6 other hot water tanks to replace and ours would happen next day. They called back within another 30 mins and said because we had to turn off the water to the house to stop the leak, they will have it replaced next. The technician got her within an hour or so (bad snowy roads). He replaced the hot water tank. Cleaned up after himself and super nice guy. We would recommend Pete the Plumber for great service, caring and quality work. The technician cares about his job and it shows in his attitude.
