Have dealt with Brian the salesman a few times over the course of 12 years, excellent knowledge, great follow through. Installer Derek and his crew on time, hard working and thorough.

We needed an old toilet to go on a little longer until a rennovation of the area. Anthony was in the first time and did a great job attempting. We know we might have to call him back again because the parts for this toilet are no longer available and he was making adjustments for us. His second visit a few days later has worked even better and we don't have to open the top of the toilet after each flush anymore!! Great recommendations and no pressures as well.
