Replaced West windows with tinted windows and the windows really cut out the summer heat. Love the screen system as spiders can't squeeze in around them. Window mechanism is very strong and have had no problems with them.

Leo came out and said that if we let him regrout our marble floor and polish it, our floor would look like a brand new floor. We now have a floor with all sorts of chips, an extremely poor grouting job and cloudy tiles. He didn't know what he was doing and my floor looks horrible.
