I found Phil and his colleague to be thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable without being patronizing, and the entire inspection process was actually...enjoyable. Given that this inspection took 2 experts more than 2 hours to go through everything and explain the options to me (and my realtor and my father and my 2 children), I found this to be very, very good value for the price, and ended up changing my purchase strategy considerably. I would highly recommend Phil and his team.
