We moved from London to St Thomas and more than packed a 26' truck. Steven, Tyrell and Tyler arrived promptly at 8:30 am and were very professional for the next 10 hours. They worked hard and showed care for all of our items. My 4 year old daughter was curious and all 3 staff were happy to engage her and include her in the event in a safe and fun way. They are excellent problem solvers as we realized the truck would not fit our storage locker contents and after considering a number of options (including forgetting the locker and extending the move time to empty the truck then go back for the locker) they came up with the idea for Tyrell to get a small van from their office for the storage locker while Steven and Tyler carried on to the new house. Communication was easy, friendly and always focused on our satisfaction. They're attitudes were positive and happy all day long even when we asked them to rearrange the master bedroom after they had already put it together once and re doing another bed frame that was put together incorrectly by mistake. This was our first time hiring movers and we are extremely happy with the service we received and very grateful for Steven, Tyrell and Tyler's help. We'd recommend Campbell's Bros (and have already) to anyone considering hiring movers.
