An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Tom was fantastic and connected very well with us. He was very professional and also willing to give us his option on some items. Our customer service experience was excellent. We were kept well informed as to the timing of our install and what we need to do to prepare before they came out. The installers did an excellent job, very efficient and left the place clean. They answered any questions we had and we would highly recommend them to others This is the second time we have had all weather windows come and install new windows in our home. We have already recommended them to others and will have them back again to complete the remaining windows that need to be replaced in our home.
