An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He answered any questions we had and was efficient. He had a good sense of humor and the total experience was pleasant. Good communication. We were called every step of the way in regards to appointments and installation. All people were friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Ernie and his crew. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. We had them install some windows last year and asked for them to install this time. We are very happy with the windows and the installation. We would definitely recommend Ernie and his crew.
