After reading some good reviews about Furnace and A/C Direct online, I called them to get the maintenance for my furnace. The technician Arthur showed up on time. Before starting the work, he told us the procedure of maintaining the furnace which most of the companies never do so we were quite impressed with him. He finished his work on time and gave us some good advice on how to use the furnace more efficiently. Arthur was very professional and did a very nice job. I would highly recommend this company to everyone and will surely use this company to do the annual maintenance of our HVAC appliances.
