An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My husband was present for the installation and says the windows look fabulous. I haven't had a chance to see them yet but I did see pictures. I know when they removed the windows there wasn't any insulation and they fixed that up too. At this point we are very happy with the install. I also want to thank the installers for changing the date, without hesitation, when I called to tell them I had to go out of town for a funeral. He was very understanding. I would be more than glad to recommend your company to any friends or family looking to replace their windows and/or doors.
