In 2010 this company installed some windows and two patio doors in my residence. Recently, the lock on one of the patio doors broke. When I called the company, they were quick to mention that the lock was covered under their warranty. They promptly arranged for an employee to visit my home to replace the lock. The employee was both friendly and knowledgeable. This is a great company to do business with.
