We've retained Grand Alarms Ltd. for home security and home automation services. So far, so good! Installation was carried out when scheduled and customer support has been incredible to date. Prices are very reasonable while the service itself has exceeded expectations. For the home automation service, we purchased a smart lock, a camera doorbell and smart switch. The app powering the entire bundle has operated all without issue and the controllability offered allows as much, or as little notification as we desire. Quite honestly, there are too many features to detail here and since I'm still learning it, I probably wouldn't do it justice anyways.
